Leigh Scheps is an award winning journalist who joined the FiOS 1 News team as New Jersey based reporter in March 2014. She's also a freelance host for Buzz60, where some of her stories have reached more than 1 million views. 

 

Prior to these positions, Leigh has reported for FOX29 News in Philadelphia, WBBH in Fort Myers, Florida, WBNG in Binghamton, New York and News 12 Bronx/Brooklyn. 

In addition to her passion for news, Leigh is a musical theater expert. She loves seeing Broadway shows and eating at new restaurants. Leigh is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Montclair State University in New Jersey and earned her Broadcasting degree in 3 ½ years. 

Leigh is originally from Holmdel, New Jersey.
